Can I/Should I update Safari?
« on: November 04, 2021, 08:15:31 PM »
I have NEVER updated Safari. Didn't think about it until I got a few "browser out of date" messages. Then I would go to my FF browser which updates automatically. Today I read on TS there is a Safari update.

I need to stay at OS10.14.3 to be able to use my Adobe CS6 apps for a few more years.  That OS came with Safari 12.0.3.

Can I load the latest Safari version(15?) with my existing, older OS or will there be issues?  Please advise. Thank you!

Generally, Software Update will not allow you to install an Apple app that won’t run on your installed OS. You can also visit Apple’s site and check for System “requirements”.
THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF COUNTRIES
Those that use metric = #1 Measurement system
And the United States = The Banana system
