A problem with data - iphones

I bought my wife the new apple iphone 13 pro and she spent Thursday morning in the Apple store and all her data was transferred from her iphone 11 over. Except that now her Nationwide Banking app does not start in the same way, nor her Wise (transfer). They still work on the iphone 11 though.
We have now moved from the UK To Spain and now on Wednesday 3 mobile has told me that I am out of data after 4 days!!!
So I put my sim in the iphone 11 and i guess if i reset it, it should start working, but all her data will be lost completely.
Of course I am thinking of using the Airalo: eSIM Data Packs.
Will get a monthly package when we have a permanent address.
So please advise how to place the logins for her Nationwide Banking app in her new phone, and Wise. And how i login to her iphone 11.
