TS won't let me post a topic?

I enter my title and text and add a png image. When I click on POST, nothing happens!
I am logged in and not as a guest. What to do? Yet, this one works!

I've encountered the same thing lately. I think there is a glitch either in the software or server.  Or maybe even Safari cause if I then use Firefox it goes through. Not sure it's anything we can fix.
