My Son has a PC
(Not my idea). We lost power while he was working, no UPS at the time. He tried a system restore which worked rather well but he still cant print. He gets a message saying he needs sortware for the printer. I downloaded the printer drivers and put them on a zip disk and reinstalled the drivers but XP still says the printer needs software. I was hoping that some of you cross-platform experts could help us out.
