How long does it take to get a Dual G4?

I ordered a Dual G4/1.25GHz/80 GB/OX9-X Mac from a Canadian Apple supplier. The price went down before the new G5's so it was a good time to buy. He said that they had to order it from Apple in California because adding the second CPU was a custom order. That it would take 2 weeks. It's been a month and I'm still waiting. Aaarrrrgh!!!
How long does it take? Anyone have any experience with this lately?

Sorry to hear that, Raven! I think I'd be upset too!

I have heard that the inventory of G4's is dwindling fast, but I had no idea things are being held up like that.

I am still waiting for a new Mac since '84!!  

Hope to get one next year for the 20th Anniversary versions!  Can't hardly wait to get all of the system software discs, unopened; manuals; feel and smell the new box; not having to worry about if it will work when I get it home; calling Mac reps to ask for help with a product still in warranty; not worrying about getting the proverbial "The application quit due to incompatible operating/processor issues."

In fact I wouldn't mind having a new Mac w/a single processor.  Maxed out with RAM/HD etc.

This seems to be a tough time for computer delivery.  

Still waiting for the G5s to appear in stores.

I would e-mail/call them and make sure it's still on the way though.
