How Do I Install WMP as a Plugin for Safari?
« on: September 07, 2003, 11:34:46 AM »
Hey everyone.

When I go to ESPN and click on the videos there, Safari says the Plugin isn't supported. This brings up a window that prompts me asking if I'd like to see if Windows Media Player could play the file, which it can and does, but I would like for WMP to play the file within the Java pop-up window by Safari. How can I install WMP as a plugin into Safari?

Thanks.

I've never had much luck with this but try home>library>internet plug-ins.
Two cans and a string powered by a big mouth

Ah, man.

I went to try your suggestion, Bill, and I'd found I'd already placed a shortcut there. No dice.

Well, it's not big deal, I guess. I can play the videos, after all.
