NASA has put up pictures of many of the world's cities. This one is
London
. The road labelled Orbital is the M25, a complete loop of about 120 miles around the capital - wouldn't say it's congested but it's known over here as probably the longest circular car park in the world .
Just found
this site
which anybody visiting the UK could find very useful, with junction listings and distances between them.

I have signed up for their weekly e-mail too, and there are some incredible pictures here! I just saved one of the Bahamas and surrounding islands.
I am waiting for a good close up of Cape Cod.

I once requested a nice one from Antwerp (already a few months ago).
They send me a bad ftp url by email, saying i could download the picture.
Nice system... if it's ever to work good, hehehe.
