OT: let the bidding begin!

Well, I'm starting to save up for a G5. Hopefully the dual, but the 1.8 is nice too. Anyway, I'm selling off some stuff that is sitting around here collecting dust. First up is this Playstation 2. If you know someone who is looking for one, please point them my way. thanks! smile.gif

Let's see..I just posted some games for PS2

and when these auctions end, I'll have a Epson Perfection 610u scanner, A Sony Firewire CDRW (1st generation), Denon digital home receiver (model AVR 3200), some books (possibly an autographed copy of Debt of Honor by Tom Clancy, if I break down and sell it), a Linksys router (later on, when I'm ready to sell the powerbook) and some DVD's. I have some other stuff I"m sure, just haven't looked around yet.

Awe cool, John, I wish I knew about you having an ethernet adaptor before you started the auction.  I would have bought that from you.  Good luck with your auctions.

Peter, I'm not sure. Remember, I'm trying to save up for a G5, so obviously I want the most I can get. This receiver was $999 brand new, course it's not brand new anymore.

I'll also have some Klipsch speakers for sale too...

Al, sorry..didn't think of asking around. The rate this auction is going, I'll not make near the money I was hoping sad.gif

Hey JK,

I didn't mean to put a damper on your thread when I last posted. It would be nice if we had a section
where we could post stuff we had for sale. I think it would benefit us.

Hey John,

Just checked your auction for your PS2, it's definitely picking up it's pace, I'll bet you'll get a few last minute bidders for it to help drive to price up more.  Good luck with it.

What would you be asking for your Denon reciever before it goes up for auction?

Hey Al,
Yeah...it's going up. I think in the last hour is when it'll go up more if it does.

As for the receiver....well, I'm not sure. Someone asked me about another item I have and how much and like I told them, I want the most I can get for it obviously because I'm saving up for a G5 smile.gif
