Problem with email images

All of a sudden, I can not get images to open in Eudora 6. What I get are the generic images which are cracked.  Aside from repairing privileges, which I have already done, is there anything else I should be looking for???? wallbash.gif

I don't know where that pref would be - it doesn't exist in Eudora itself.

Is it all images, or only ones from certain correspondents-like AOL?

Are the images embedded or are the images linked?  In NS 7, in preferences>Privacy&Security>Images I've set it to "do not load remote images in Mail & Newsgroups messages".

Not having Eudora, I can't say where to look, but HTH.

In Eudora 5.2 in the Special/Settings/Fonts-Display window there are several radio buttons for showing graphics in email including an option for html graphics.

Can't find those settings in version 6.  I did get an email from Eudora Tech - they told me to holds down shift, control, option and apple and click on settings to reset - I did, and it worked - and now it's back to the same thing all over again! wallbash.gif  wallbash.gif  wallbash.gif
