So how did you go about taking the Epson apart? I Have 3 Epsons, 2 from school and 1 of my own that are dead. I started to take mine apart but balked when I got to trying to remove the heads.

Randy,

It has been a while since I did it, but as I remember, It just all kind of snaps together.  I used a little bit of force after removing the two screws that hold the whole assembly to the printer... kind of twist to one side and pull out.  I wasn't sure what I was doing at the time, but didn't really care if I wrecked it.  As it turned out, it was rather easy to get back together.
