Rog-Don't you ever sleep?
Is she using Yahoo to mail the recipents? What I'm asking, are the addresses stored on Yahoo or on her computer?
If on Yahoo...I think you can have her create an email with all the addresses, email it to you, you can hit "Reply ALL" and when your email message comes up, you will have every addy, and then you can either copy and paste into your address book, or better yet, create an address book "Track Group" and copy paste each addy into the newly created addy book. Then when you send a message, create the email, hit the "Address" button, navigate to "Track Group", Select All, and hit the button "Bcc". Depending on your mail client (of course), you may have to then change your own addy to "To" for the mail to go out.
If the addresses are stored locally, in her email client, she can go to "Address Book" then under "Tools" do "Export", save the file to her desktop, then email you, attaching the file to the email. You would download the file to your desktop, and in your email client, open "Address Book" and under "Tools", import the downloaded file. You'll probably lose some info in the "Import", but the major portion will be there, and you can add the itsy bit of missing info.
