No. It's not a coincidence.
When I started using discussion boards I felt that the TAM was the most wonderful computer available. And since I was hanging around the NoWonder Mac forums I thought a Mac-related user name would be appropriate.
Unfortunately I was never able to afford a TAM, though.
I find that Apple code-name thing very cool and it says quite a lot about the engineers working on the product.
