Yes, My Controls is the same as Profile but actually more. Your profile is found within My Controls as one of the choices on the left. The forums will have the skins available when the official move is made, soon we hope. You will get an email announcing the move as long as you have checked the box in your UBB profile to allow it.
The graphic you posted is exptremely large. Could you resave it as a smaller, medium quality jpg and relink? For those of us on dialup it takes several minutes to load.
Nonetheless, that image is of the default skin. It will be further altered to show the welcome header once it is removed as default and offered as a regular choice. That is all the info you will get at this point until the forum actually moves.
