Pix plus avi files on one disc?

My wife recently took a balloon ride with some friends. She took stills and short films with my little Canon (takes amazing vid clips for its size). Also the balloon company provided a disc with pix taken before and during the flight. I would like to make a DVD (or whatever) that will show the stills and videos, maybe with music. I have Toast 7 and whatever programs come with the OSX 10.4.

hingy you should be able to upload them to iPhoto and create a slideshow with music.
you could string them together in iMovie as well.

In both applications the option to create a CD and or DVD is availible.

Look at the help files in Finder.
