I have had dealings with Directron, which seems to be the parent company of AxionTech. Directron's prices were good and everything arrived fine but, as I recall, it took a while for things to get here:

You might also consider ClubIT.com - they are much higher rated on Resellerratings than AxionTech, their prices tend to be good - and they are currently having a free shipping promotion:

NewEgg.com has an excellent reputation - but I find Newegg's shipping charges are getting to be a bit over the top:

I usually look up the thing I'm looking for at: www.pricewatch.com. They have reviews (I've even written a few myself over the years) and it's fairly easy to give stuff a sniff test to see if the deal smells funny!
