It may have been sunny in the Alsea Bay and on our hill, but it was foggy at the beaches -- so we didn't go. Instead we went to the garden center and picked up some pretties. Came home and Sneakers dug holes in the front yard and I planted "stepables" and several other little plants.

Paddy, we do the opposite: head into Albany/Corvallis and wish we'd worn our summer slacks. hehehe
It's been a grand birthday. Sneakers bought me a beautiful pair of earrings with Australian opals, and my aunt and uncle called and sang to me. They are sending me money to go back to the garden center and buy something, so I think I'll get that fancy pot that was on sale. My Chinese bell plant would look gorgeous in it.
Now, I'm off to see what Sneakers is serving for supper -- besides a mess for me to clean up. hahaha
