More pearls of wisdom from some safety folks!

Flu season is rapidly approaching - Attached is a safety sheet on the proper coughing and sneezing techniques and a very entertaining 5 min. video.  After reading the information page, select the Watch Video button on the left side of screen, then choose Windows Media Player or Quicktime underneath the black box.

I have to remember to schedule a flu shot. Thanks for the reminder!

I'm sort of lucky on this one. As I had an M.I.  2 1/2 years ago I automatically get a reminder from my GP to come in for a vaccination every Autumn (Fall)  wink.gif

Was one of those 'doctor/judges' our own very healthy RHP?! Sure sounded like him. smile.gif

Very well produced and engaging video! Wish I could get everyone to view it! Thanks, Roy!
THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF COUNTRIES
Those that use metric = #1 Measurement system
And the United States = The Banana system
CAUTION! Childhood vaccinations cause adults!

Hey, thanks Roy. Seeing this again reminded me to call.

Other health news:

Women should not drink a "Coke" a day because it could cause bone damage. Men can drink as much of it as they want.

Hot peppers can ward off diabetes. The blurb I read didn't say how many or how often. Keep a fire extinguisher handy! cheer2.gif

Well, they don't give you bad breath.... and besides, you have to douse them with some kind of liquid. Why not mouthwash?? wink.gif
