Ok, got a weird one. I tried receivimg a FAX last evening using OS X built-in FAX capabilities.
Received fine (altho it took a while). Looked fine on screen. No problems yet. Much Happiness that it worked - - - - -
But then when I printed it (using Acrobat 5.0.5 OR Acrobat Reader 7.0.
, it printed as white on black instead of black on white as normal.
Happiness disappeared. Uses WAY TOO MUCH TONER on my HPLJ 5MP printer. Also much harder to read!
Opened document with GraphicConverter 5.9.2 - again Happiness — doc appears as normal on screen. Print on HPLJ 5MP — Happiness continues - prints fine with black text on white background. GC to the rescue once again!
Anybody else experience this?? Cure?
Anybody out there using free internet phone that would be nice enough to FAX me a doc from OS X using built in FAX capabilities? If so, PM me and I will give you my phone/FAX #.
