Are there some who do???
Your question seem illicit in a feeble attempt to elicit the response that only agrees with your opinions ( which are not deemed worthy of our managements bother ).
Thank you for writing to us!
As for the British letter, I was following along quite well, even though I read many lines twice because of losing my place due to uncontrollable fits of laughter, until the very last word! Please, translate "Twat", in a 'family-friendly' way, if possible. "Twit", I'm familiar with, but not "Twat". Is that, perhaps a plural form of "Twit"?
I fully support the idea of a "Complaint Hall of Shame" web site. However, I fear there are two problems:
1. How could the 'letters' be verified? There are probably thousands of under-employed writers and want-a-be's out there who could easily create bogus letters, thus reducing any legal impact.
2. How would any CEO/President of any large company ever see the site? Do these super-cretins now have slave-cretins to operate their computers?
