I tried it out using a one page PDF file. Converted it to a Word file.
The PDF file gave instructions on how to make a Christmas decoration. Consisted of text and a color graphic.
All of the text reproduced, however, the PDF file had some numbered paragraphs. The paragraph numbers were green and text was black. The Word file came out with the numbers green as well as the first line of text green. The remaining lines of text in each paragraph were black.
The color graphic did not convert.
