David Maynor, the hacker who "revealed" security holes in WIFI using OS 10.4 on a MACBook is admitting that he made mistakes in his live presentation of the situation but maintains the problems existed and that Apple "fixed" them in OS 10.4.8:

"I screwed up a bit [at last year's Black Hat in Las Vegas]. I probably shouldn't have used an Apple machine in the video demo and I definitely should not have discussed it with a journalist ahead of time," Maynor said in an interview after his demo.
