Gee, one of our kids works for Toyota, but she just bought a new computer, and it wasnt a Mac.

But at least she is in the top 10. Maybe for next Christmas, she will get a Mac from us, as she wants us to get a new Toyota pickup at her 'cost'. How about that for a deal!

I got nothing to say but great things about Toyota Trucks! Have been running them non-stop since 1990, and had a few on the way in between!

Prob will be our next truck, as my brother has had 2, and he beats on the poor things, launches his dinghy and forgets to hose the salt water off and more.
Yeah, then we will have a GMC, 2 F-150s and a Toyota. May the winner step forward! Maybe by that time we will be pushing up daiseys?

And she will get a Mac! When our kids visit, they do fight over the Macs and say 'next time'. So looks like next Christmas, we should do it for them all.

Anyway, I have a Toyota Prizm - yeah, that's right.... same car as a Corolla, but with a Chevy nameplate. (I had a Corolla for 12 years, replaced it with a Mazda I still have.) Why pay more for the same car for the "cachet" of a nameplate?

Some people probably bought computers that weren't Apple for similar reasons. I forget the names now...
