My first Mac was a "Fat Mac" 1986. I never even saw the Apple l, ll, or lll until last year. I now have a complete Apple lle set up, drives (2), monitor, Imagewriter, all set up and working (dontated for the cause). Long story, but the short version is I volunteered to convert some 5.25 inch floppies to something that could be used in todays world. It took me the better part of a year to secure the necessary software, learn how to use it (and the lle itself) to do the job. Boy howdy it is a different world than what I cut my teeth on. Mac, Mac, Mac.
There is still a very large comunity out there that still uses those old jobbers. Mostly they are gamers. If there is anyone interested (very doubtfull) I can sure point them to half a dozen sites where software, parts, forums etc can be found.
