Macs offered preloaded with Windows

This is a good recognition of a growing trend; not that I can see paying a VAR to do something I could easily figure out how do for myself!  My one question would be: Is there necessarily only "one" way to set up a system with Parallels?  Would a VAR get it the way you would want to have it?

"Macs preloaded with Windows"

Isn't that like a Toyota with OnStar?
Ya gotta applaud those bunnies for sacrificing their hearing just so some guy in Cupertino can have better TV reception.
