My PC friend sent me a video to look at that he shot with a digital camera. He sent it as a .ifo attachment. 128kb in size.
What Mac programs can I use to open and view it?

Raven...not sure if this will be helpful or not. It says that .ifo is a DVD info file...

Raven, I suspect that they've accidently sent you the wrong file; I don't think the .ifo file is useful by itself!

Yes, it is a DVD video file. Just don't know what application runs it???

If my understanding is correct, and this is a big "if", the .ifo is only part of what comprises the actual dvd. The fact that you said that it's only 128kb in size also makes me think it's only part of the dvd.
