Alright, now for something completely different!

I decided that the previous bent of this topic was pointless and borderline insulting.  SEC investigations seem to happen at the drop of a hat.  It must be hard to operate a corporation, be responsible for all those people, all that money, all of that energy and the "rules" that must be followed (like walking a tightrope).  Might as well wait to see how it all shakes out.  Enough said!

Nancy Heinan has a long history with Jobs, they are requiring him to testify against her. I doubt that she got up one day and decided to do something illegal on her own. Nor do I suspect that she was unaware of what she was doing. The investigation should go through and if there is any measure of impropriety it should be discovered and dealt with, just as anyone sould expect to be if they misappropriated funds.

If there is no crime then this should go away.
