The power of positive computing experiences
« on: October 10, 2007, 11:35:02 PM »
I took my youngest to the orthodontist today - looks like we're about to fork over another few thousand on teeth. But now I know where some of that income is going - our orthodontist has become a Mac convert!

I couldn't help but notice the shiny new iMac on the receptionist's desk - and I asked her how she liked it. "I love it" she responded and then proceeded to tell me that the orthodontist's daughter had purchased a MacBook for school, he'd been so impressed he got himself a MacBook Pro, and then he bought the iMac for the office. The receptionist likes it so much, she went and bought one for herself at home!

Maybe Apple should contact them - would make a great ad. toothgrin.gif

Ya gotta applaud those bunnies for sacrificing their hearing just so some guy in Cupertino can have better TV reception.

Well, my daughter was an avid windows user - as all of her jobs used PC's.  That is until I bought her a new iMac - the first edition of the thin screen.  Now, she talks only Mac.

All it takes is for someone to use a Mac for just a short time to be converted.  thumbup.gif

Can't help but wonder if there's a dental analogue to Randy Singer's flourishing organization of Mac-attorneys?
My dentist has a Mac-ified office, too. I'll have to ask him.

PS @ 7.19p: Since you'll undoubtedly be a frequent visitor to that office, Paddy (probably for years and years!!!) don't forget to invite all comers to visit TeeEss.
