Got great Moo-Shu right down the street, too bad you're 3,000 miles west of me! And, at times, I do a pretty fair imitation of a Chinese chef...  yum.gif

We have the guy we go to make a mix of chicken and shrimp. They know me (or my Mom) as "Mu Shu" lady when we call up on the phone and know what we want when we identify ourselves. They make such a large serving that I get at least 3 meals from one container. smile.gif

Oddly enough I just had leftover Mu Shu Pork and an Egg Roll for breakfast.

Actually, link does not describe the Korean eggs we make; we don't fry at all. There is a marinating process with the other ingredients make it very tasting. Our sons are from Korea, and we have had several recipes that are great.

I will post the recipe later. I'm getting hungry for it just writing about it. biggrin.gif

I used to have a job building in the interior of RV's (Mobile Traveler, Late 70's) and worked day in and out with a lady from Korea who clued me in to Korean Eggs and Kim Chee and such (Bulgogi?); so I think I know what you're talking about Gray but clue us in with the recipe anyway.
