That's the classic "one topic is all I can handle" reply. I get that all the time. Never pose two problems, two questions, or two ideas in an e-mail. You'll never get the second one addressed.

Now, what is the that "address" thing you are concerned about? Remember, it's not a good idea to post email addresses in a forum! Or have you been asked to present a speech to the school of that young man in the pictures? I'm sure there are many fine books that could help you, but please don't take that unreliable car on that trip!
