Another strange message window
« on: February 13, 2008, 08:17:28 PM »
Every once in a while, when using an app, I get a message about WebDev concerning .Mac and iDisk, and asking for a user name and password.  I simply click cancel, and it goes away.  Unfortunately, I did not write down the whole message when I last saw it, and I don[t know how to deliberately bring it up. Can anyone help without knowing the entire message? The last time it happened was when I hit the "scan" button on my scanner.

Dakota, this is just a guess, (I don't use .mac or iDisk) but it sounds like your Mac is trying to connect with your iDisk. I don't know why it would do this when you are trying to scan. Anyone else use .Mac etc. and know what the message is?
