I keep waiting for Apple legal to shut these guys down, but now wondering if they're going to bother, as per some of the responses to this article.

I'm sure that there "could" be a lawsuit over this; because that is what lawyers exist to do!  It might end up in a test (Supreme Court in the end?) of those install "agreements" that you have to click off on.  I'd like to afford a new Apple tower myself but even the price of a Psystar system is beyond me at this time so I'll continue to limp along with my G4 at home (needs more memory though).
