Usage-based pricing should not start at the top, it should go across the whole spectrum. If they want to act like a utility then they should be treated as such. The larger at&t gets the less power our regulators seem to have. We're not going to have Net Neutrality because the game has been rigged from the start.

There are millions of people who don't use 10% of their allocation but yet they're charged for all of it.....where's the justice?

Ya gotta applaud those bunnies for sacrificing their hearing just so some guy in Cupertino can have better TV reception.
