When I got Leopard with my Mini, there was a link to Yahoo already in the Bookmarks Bar of Safari. Yet, it seems that there was something else that popped up wanting to make Google the default search engine... losemarbles.gif

That's another feature that Safari doesn't seem to have. Seems in FF it is very easy to add other search engines/dictionary sites/etc. I'm really trying to learn to like Safari since FF continues to get bogged down with many sites. It's probably because of the AdBlock/NoScript/FlashBlock/etc. Add-Ons. But I also get frustrated with the little things that some Add-Ons enable, like simply hovering for a millisecond over a tab and having that tab activated/selected. I am catching myself getting sleepy while hovering over a Safari tab before realizing that I need to actually click the tab...wallbash.gif blush-anim-cl.gif

It's a customizable Internet search field that is available when using any application via the Finder Menu Bar. I have used it a lot the past couple of years; with Leopard's improved built-in dictionary I may be using it a bit less...
