That is a good article, it reflects what folks around here are experiencing with the iPhone, service and company. You can see it in their eyes when my blackberry moves data at twice the pace. They know I'm a mac advocate, and in some cases, brought them to the brand, but not the iPhone. It would be perfect for us to use a hand held mac product, especially for Jane who doesn't have the time or interest to involve herself in technology. She wants it to work, simply and efficiently, and will pay a premium for the product and or service. But Apple doesn't have a product that meets our needs, and it's as simple as that. They're not in the same league as other companies offerings, but through the magic of ads, have convinced an eager population, hungry for status, that the iPhone is a suitable replacement for the Blackberry or Trio....you name it, and it just hasn't panned out. If you want pretty pictures or music with the ability to flip your view around, sure the iPhone can do that, but it's not moving data, or pushing mail with equal amount of reliability that can be had with cheaper phones and better networks. my 2ยข
