I'm sure if you set your mac next to your PC and pretend that you are looking..no, can't do that cause there is no way that XP would run as smoothly as OSX. So nevermind!  harhar.gif

I'm sure you were kidding...right??

George is using a PC, but I won't tell!

From the Apple Safari page:
System Requirements:
Mac OS X version 10.2 “Jaguar” or later
Any Macintosh computer

Since OS X and Jag are built on UNIX, I do wonder why some clever PC chap has not found a way to use Safari. Perhaps it's because if the chap were clever, he/she would not be using a PC (at least by choice). biggrin.gif

Safari is based on khtml, the same as this...Konqueror.

...and wouldn't you know it...there's a Win32 version of khtml in the works.

But don't look to Apple to make it work on XP. nono.gif

I don't think Apple will release Safari for Windows.

Why?
They won't earn any money by doing so.
On the Mac platform it is yet another good argument for MacOS X (read better sales).
But for PC? PC users could stay with their PC hardware and Windows and enjoy an Apple product. No need to switch.

iTunes for Windows on the other hand will bring Apple thousands of dollars once the Music Store is available all over the world and for PC. Hence it will be available shortly.

OS X is based on Unix, but Windows is not. Porting Safari to Windows would be a monumental job.
