I would like to see something in the gap between the limited iMAC dual-cores and the MacPro models.  I will never be able to afford a MacPro and iMAC's are just so needy and having the built-in video display is a real problem.  I understand and appreciate the nature of the PC-clone world; the hardware is maybe 75 - 85% of the quality of the MacPro but you could maintain and replace components much more cheaply.  Maybe Apple should surrender to the tide and license OS X?  I'm not a stockholder in Apple so maybe this is on my Santa Claus list.  wink.gif

Apparently, Psystar is doing more than copying hardware that will run OS X. They are also charging extra arms/legs for the Blue-Ray upgrade! One place claims the same hardware can be bought, retail, for less than 75% of what Psystar is charging. That probably goes to help support the 24/7 help line... rofl.gif

Looks like Psystar and Apple have finally agreed to something! They have agreed to meet in court nect November! That's right, another year of legal wrangling! Many think Apple will ask for an injunction to stop Psystar fro selling any more machines. Seems that would be a severe measure by a judge. Who knows, if he uses a PC he'd probably be stopping Psystar in their tracks. That would be almost certain death, IMHO. dntknw.gif
