you don't know what stories they are not telling you; not all of them anyway.
Haven't come across any, so far. But I don't get to watch every night. It's the time they take with the important stories that makes it completely different than
anything I can remember on commercial TV. ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, Fox, Limbaugh, etc. all speak in small 'sound bites[sic]' in an attempt to whisk as much as possible by the audience trying to convince them that they are seeing/hearing "all" the news. Quantity instead of quality, IMHO. Number of items instead of number of minutes. No differentiating an assassination attempt in a foreign country and the latest escapades of Brittany Whoever. YMMV. Then, there are the separate shows for the stock market and certainly not least, the BBC World Report. That's 2.5 hours right there, five days a week! And they barely touch sports and entertainment. But if you think any thirty minute commercial network is going to cram that into less than 22 minutes, be my guest!
I do my best to help PBS/NPR continue in their mission. So long.
