A question was raised on the ehmac forums today, which prompted me to find this:
http://www.truecrypt.org/Encryption for your USB flash drives - which might come in handy if you're using them to transfer sensitive information of any sort. USB flash drives are small - and therefore easy to lose! TrueCrypt is cross platform, and open source.
