Export e-mail OS X 10.2.6

I'm having a new computer! (an iMac G4 1GHz!)
I'm giving my current computer to my nephew (G4 Cube 450MHz). I saved all my documents on CD-Rs. so I can tranfer to my new computer. I did same thing with iPhoto and iTunes.
The problem is that i don't know how to export my e-mail from Mail 1.2.5, Adress Book 3.0.3 and my list from ICQ, iChat, Yahoo! Messenger, and MSN Messenger, etc.
I'm using Mac OS X 10.2.6
