Its "Undo Send" feature, just added to Gmail, actually holds your outgoing e-mails for 5 seconds, giving you enough time to say "Ulp!" and cancel delivery.

To turn it on, sign in to your Gmail account, click "Settings," click on the "Labs" header and scroll almost all the way down the page to "Undo Send."

Always the pessimist...

If one hasn't already read the message and checked for proper recipients before hitting the "Send" button, I doubt that five seconds will be enough to prevent future embarrassments! nono.gif Oops! wallbash.gif

Perhaps a better method would be to send the message to oneself first and see what someone else will really see. That could be scary, of course! eek2.gif
THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF COUNTRIES
Those that use metric = #1 Measurement system
And the United States = The Banana system
CAUTION! Childhood vaccinations cause adults!

That's what I thought ... now a 5 minute time frame might work for some folks. Of course, in 5 minutes they might get even more upset and add more hot chili pepper words. eek2.gif tongue.gif
