Transfering address books into Mail-OSX.2.6
« on: May 25, 2003, 03:50:18 PM »
I'd like to transfer my address books from Netscape to Mail in OS 10.2.6.

Any way to do this....other than doing it with pencil and paper... wallbash.gif  wink.gif

Gary S.
Check the archives. Seems I recall a pretty good thread or two on that.

Went to the Archives clicked Search and used "transfer AND address AND book" for the search keywords.  Scrolled down, told it to search Year Three forum, and under "Refine Search" told it to search for Any Date.

Thanks Jennie. I read the thread.

I ended up printing the addresses out and doing it by hand.

I eliminated the ones I didn't  know who they belonged to. wink.gif

I couldn't get Apple Address Book Importer = http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/mac/12469 to open.?. Downloaded just fine but ...?

Did the "by hand" sometime back also.
