I just upgraded to an iMac OSX10.5. It's awesome!

My Photoshop 7 won't work anymore as I was told, and Adobe won't let me upgrade to CS4. So, I've been looking to buy a CS version, and upgrade from there. That's cheaper than a full version of CS4! Many PC ones are dirt cheap on eBay. Some Mac ones for sale, but very dubious vendors.

How do I ensure it is legit and the license is transferred properly?

Use your credit (not a debit) card after making sure of its purchase resolution policy and procedures.

Someone is always the first customer.

I think I would trust Amazon to keep track of fraudulent sellers. But that is little consolation if the deal goes bad. I certainly have no faith in eBay or Craigs List.

My only concern would be the definition of "Like New." Although I think Amazon has some rules for using that term.

Better check the Adobe Web site regarding transferring the license; I think that Adobe has a specific process for transferring ownership of its software products...

For those who may need this information, Nikon Scan 4.0.2 and certain Nikon film scanners are compatible with Snow Leopard. For details, read Will Nikon software be compatible with Mac OS 10.6 "Snow Leopard" ?
