Repairing corrupt .dmg file?
« on: June 07, 2003, 08:51:21 AM »
One .dmg file cannot be activated.
Disc Copy reports that because of error 1000 the file could not be activated.

I there a way to fix that error?

Spartacus,

I don't know the answer to your question and I don't know what the .dmg file your trying to
download is but, my son was having the same problem trying to download a .dmg file using
IE and when I downloaded the same file with Netscape 7.02 it was fine.

You may want to try and download the file in another browser and see if it works.

good luck.

The download went bad perhaps? Have you tried downloading again?

My guess is that it's a partial D/L. That's what was happening with the one I mentioned.
