Mail in Mozilla

I am using Mozilla as my browser. I have just reformatted my hard drive and partitioned in, but I don't think that is my problem. when I try to send a message, I get the spinning barber poll continually. When I get tired of waiting and it cancel, I get the message "Unable to send the message. Check the Mail and Newsgroups Settings. They are correct as far as I know except under the Advanced Setting there are 2 Outgoing Servers although both of them are the same, and I never set up the second one. Also, there is no way to delete one since when one is selected, the delete button is dimmed. Al.so, nothing happens when I try to get my messages although I just downloaded my messages for the day but no more. Anyone have any ideas what is wrong?

Hi macdoug. Don't use it myself.

Can you create a new Account and see if it works?
