They started asking for input from users Thursday. Their plan will be presented to Congress next week! (way to go FCC, nothing like getting your ducks in a row early...)

I suspect "releasing it to the public" is not as descriptive as possible!
Still...might this info help get better advertising from the providers, at least?
iPhone and Anroid apps also available. The app actually has more options for the test, saves each one and stores them for later review.
Not sure how many times one can send a report. You do have the option to repeat after each test, however.
