This has nothing to do with the html for your site but please do yourself a favor and make the lettering of your name on the first image stand out stronger. It is very fuzzy looking, better with my glasses on but I shouldn't need them for print that size.
If you make the lettering a darker forest or hunter green, there will be a greater contrast against the textured background and you can still use the lighter shadow effect.
Your pictures are too good to go without proper recognition.
