Yeah, I'd never
heard of "optimizeLegibility." And now that I've seen a few pages talking about it, I have no interest in
using it, either.
I use some CSS3 now but only that which will degrade nicely. Rounded corners are really nice! As are text and object shadows. And even gradients!
I throw in object rotation just to keep things from looking too linear. Most modern browsers can use CSS3 (at least the parts that have been released) and the other (Internet Explorer!) just ignore it. But taking Specificity to the levels of that site scares me!
It's too easy to just write another class! Of course, that's the lazy man's approach and certainly is not recommended by the experts.
But CSS does not make one a graphics "artist!" I have no trouble making ugly pages, even with CSS3!
