Migrating to OS X

I have had my iBook for a few months now. Very happy with it. Have been running OS 9.2, but probably should move to OS X.

In order to use my workhorse printer (LaserJet 4M), I had to get an ethernet bridge. Works fine in OS 9.2.

NOW, what steps do I need to take to get it into the printer list in OS X?

I do have a USB color printer for occasional use, and it works fine in both OSes.
