I just got a handspring treo and went to install the desktop sync software and got an error during install, so I reinstalled it (os9.1 g4 dp533) and the install worked but now the 'hot sync' gives me an -192 error everytime I try to use it or specify a user. I have uninstalled and reinstalled about 5x including tring to run down any bits and pieces that were not uninstalled. Ugh! Still every time I get an error and cant sync the handheld to the mac.
Any thoughts? I have an almost perfect record of never calling customer support.
