Firefox simply will not quit

[attachment=2522:addons.jpg]I'm using Firefox 11.0, although this was also a problem for me in previous versions.

With OS 10.6.8 on two different machines, Firefox just will not quit when I ask it to. The windows close, but the app keeps running. If I instruct the machines to restart, it will hang up the process.

I have the add-ons shown in this attached screen shot.

Anybody else seeing this, or, even better, anybody solved it?

I had trouble with one add-on a while ago, cant remember which one it was, but it was the culprit.
FF works perfectly without it.
